what to expect during your stay

Our top priorities include your health, safety and well-being. The Inn at Northrup Station adheres to comprehensive health and safety procedures. In addition, we have supplemented these with additional COVID-19 specific cleanliness protocols. We are closely monitoring updates by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding COVID-19, and we are following CDC guidelines as well as the direction of local health authorities to ensure the actions we take are aligned with all recommendations.

  • Face masks are currently mandatory in all indoor public businesses in Oregon. You will find our staff wearing face masks at all times in the hotel and we ask that guests do the same.
  • Northrup has implemented "no-contact" check-in and check-out processes.
  • Housekeeping staff has received training and education for new cleaning processes throughout the hotel. We have more frequent and intensive cleaning for guest rooms and common areas in the hotel.
  • After every suite is deep cleaned by our housekeeping team upon check-out, our staff uses an electrostatic sprayer with hospital grade disinfectant to sanitize all surfaces in the room.
  • Our housekeeping staff is equipped with protective gear for everyone's safety. However, any occupied guest rooms will have the option to request not to be serviced and our Front Desk staff will enthusiastically assist with guest requests for additional towels, bathroom amenities and all other items.
  • All staff has been informed not to come to work if they feel unwell or have a fever.
  • Guests are asked to maintain proper social distancing while on property for the safety of all guests; our staff will do the same.
  • Should you experience any flu-like symptoms during or within 14 days before or after your stay we ask you inform management to ensure the health and safety of all guests and staff.
  • We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization's statements regarding the novel COVID-19, and are following their guidelines and orders from our local state and county health departments.

  • Continental Breakfast has been modified to a grab & go breakfast for the time being. Pre-packaged breakfast bars and beverages in sealed containers will be available. Trays will be provided to take items back to your suite.
  • Our weekly guest receptions have been temporarily suspended. They will resume with new social distancing guidelines once we are permitted.
  • We will do our best to maintain an up-to-date directory of neighborhood restaurants which are open for dine-in business, or available to provide takeout offerings. We also can assist with restaurant delivery services. Simply contact our guest services staff in our lobby so we can assist you!
  • In room complimentary coffee, tea and bottled water will continue to be available.
