what to expect during your stay

Our top priorities include your health, safety and well-being. The Inn at Northrup Station adheres to comprehensive health and safety procedures. In addition, we have supplemented these with additional COVID-19 specific cleanliness protocols. We are closely monitoring updates by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding COVID-19, and we are following CDC guidelines as well as the direction of local health authorities to ensure the actions we take are aligned with all recommendations.

  • In Portland, face masks are now optional at indoor establishments. We do not require one. You may find some establishments will still ask they are worn as you explore the area.
  • Northrup offers "no-contact" check-in and check-out processes.
  • Our housekeeping stayover service currently consists of replacing towels and emptying trash. Full stayover service must be requested in advance with our front desk staff.
  • All staff has been informed not to come to work if they feel unwell or have a fever.
  • Guests are asked to maintain proper social distancing while on property for the safety of all guests; our staff will do the same.
  • We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization's statements regarding the novel COVID-19, and are following their guidelines and orders from our local state and county health departments.

  • Continental Breakfast can now be enjoyed in our lobby.
  • Our Wine Down Wednesday is now partnered with Fullerton Winery just blocks away, our front desk team will provide vouchers to guests 21 and older to enjoy a complimentary glass of wine.
  • We now offer Micro-Brew Monday each week partnered with Breakside Brewery just three blocks from our Inn, our front desk team will provide vouchers to guests 21 and older to enjoy a complimentary pint of beer.
  • We offer a guide at the front desk sharing which of our neighborhood restaurants are open for dine-in business, have outdoor seating or offer takeout. We also can assist with restaurant delivery services. Simply contact our guest services staff in our lobby so we can assist you!
