Open every Saturday and Sunday from March-December, this riverside market is the largest continually operating arts-and-crafts fair in the United States. Combining the vibes of an arts show, a live street concert and an open-air bazaar, the Portland Saturday Market has been a beloved Rose City tradition since 1974. In fact, the market is considered the largest continually operating arts-and-crafts fair in the United States, drawing up to 750,000 visitors during its season.

The art galleries in downtown Portland, Oregon, invite you to join them on the "First Thursday" of every month for an evening of art, wine and music. Walk from gallery to gallery to view all of the new art exhibits. Generally the hours are 6pm to 9pm, but please check each gallery's website for more information and to view all the artists works that they represent.

Pioneer Courthouse Square is pleased to announce that on Sunday, April 6th the Square will turn 30 years old. In honor of this milestone event, we are inviting the Square’s friends, neighbors, brick owners and community-wide partners to the 2nd annual Singin’ in the Square to kick-off the Square’s year-long birthday celebration. Celebration led by Portland’s own Pink Martini and friends and also sponsored by Cupcake Jones, Koi Fusion, Voodoo Donuts, and Bunk Sandwiches.

Run or walk over the Fremont Bridge
In 2014, we will feature a festival-style event after the race, with several breweries showcasing more than 18 of their best brews! There will be tons of great food from local eateries and lots of live music too! The event has moved to the wide open, four acre Lilis-Albina park where we will have plenty of room to party down! We continue to be the only running / walking event to take participants over the Fremont Bridge, offering very unique views of the city! We also continue to provide lots of entertainment on the course, great race support, chip timing and a fun kids area.

April 27 | Willamette Week’s 7th Annual Eat Mobile | OMSI
Part food festival, part cart competition!
Eat Mobile allows attendees to sample from more than 30 of Willamette Week's favorite food carts as vendors compete for the coveted Carty Award.Eat Mobile showcases the food and people that make Portland's food scene so unique. Eat Mobile 2014, now happening on a Sunday instead of a Saturday, will feature shorter lines and fewer overall tickets sold, meaning more samples for YOU. Willamette Week and OMSI will once again work to create a more sustainable event by incorporating solar generators and waste-composting facilities.
