Open every Saturday and Sunday from March-December, this riverside market is the largest continually operating arts-and-crafts fair in the United States. Combining the vibes of an arts show, a live street concert and an open-air bazaar, the Portland Saturday Market has been a beloved Rose City tradition since 1974. In fact, the market is considered the largest continually operating arts-and-crafts fair in the United States, drawing up to 750,000 visitors during its season.

Since 2009, food-loving Portland has dedicated a whole month to celebrating our acclaimed dining scene. Originally held in June, Portland Dining month has moved to March.With the city’s top restaurants offering three-course meals for just $29, Portland Dining Month is the best time to experience one of the nation’s most talked-about culinary destinations—affordably. Portland Dining Month reliably attracts some of the best restaurants in town, with more participating every year. Several neighborhood restaurants will be participating including 23 Hoyt, Papa Haydn, Café Nell, Paley’s Place.

Continuing to share all of the love we can gather, OBT unveils its first ever production of the beloved Cinderella. Get swept up in the romance of this timeless fairy tale when a handsome prince, a fairy godmother, one missing glass slipper- and a little magic- help make dreams come true for a very deserving young girl. Set to Prokofiev’s opulent score, Ben Stevenson’s colorful full-length version is one of the ballet world’s most popular.

Founded in 1979, the Adidas Shamrock run is the largest running and walking event in Oregon and is the second largest running event in the US west coast. In 2015, 35,000 participants will celebrate the 37th edition of the event at Waterfront Park in downtown Portland.
